I wanted to write this review for a Pearl Izumi jersey because I know a lot of women like myself who have large chests (mine is 42") and it's difficult to find a bike jersey that will fit properly. For reference, I'm 5'3" and 190. I buy a lot of Pearl Izumi brand clothing (cycle shoes, bike shorts) and have had great luck with them. I find that Pearl is pretty sturdy as well as stylish and comfortable.I purchased this particular jersey in XX-Large and found that it fits great. I tried the XL which was just a bit too small and pulled across the chest. The XX-Large, however, fit fantastic and I have plenty of give for moving the arms around and so forth. I bought the safety orange mainly for visibility purposes but it actually looks so great in reality that it's become my favorite jersey to wear. This is a case where the picture doesn't do it justice.I've also purchased other XXL Pearl Izumi jerseys and they all fit as perfectly as this one did. That means that the sizes are consistent across the board with Pearl which is good to know.I am quite happy with this top. I am fairly slim (112 pounds, 5.7") and with a pear shape, so my upper body is pretty small. I got XS and this was right around my shoulders and waist, though snug and maybe a little bit short. I like the blue stripes, which make my bottle shaped shoulders look a bit more athletic. I have another PI cycling top in XS, and it is more roomy, so I agree with other reviewers, that this model runs small to the size. For women who are really, really petite, I think the XS will be too big, unless one prefers the top to be quite loose (which I do not). The back pockets are pretty roomy and there are some small nice design details.I have used it in very hot & humid weather and it breathes well.Great jersey, nice fabric, has two pockets in the back. Love the fabric and cut (cut for women with hips and bust). Does run about a size small, so order one size up. Would love it in other colors if available. It's an ok shirt, not enough pocket space, sleeves are too short and it's a bit short overall for me. Still use occasionally. I'm 5'7", 140lbsUsually, I'm a large with tops so I did order an XL based on previous reviews. I'm glad I did, as the large would have been too small. I like how the panels on the sides are slimming and it's very comfortable. It hasn't been really hot here yet, but so far it's very breathable/comfortable..I love the color, and the fit is tight, but I like that. I would suggest going up a size or two if you don't like tight fitting jerseys. Only thing I would change is to add a half inch or so to the length. If you have a long torso, this may not work for you. Otherwise a really nice jersey!I just bought my second one of these jerseys because I liked my first one so much. I found that I just ended up wearing the same jersey over and over and neglecting the other bike jerseys in my drawer, so I just went ahead and bought another one. Great construction, feel, and fit. Like other people, I went a size up (I'm normally a medium in athletic clothing) and bought a large, which fit well. The jersey is a fitted but not close-to-the-skin tight jersey (not fitted like underarmor or spandex, etc.)This jersey runs a little small, so I probably should have gotten the XL. I also have a large chest, which might make the difference. Otherwise I love this jersey and its color. I really really wish more companies, including Pearl, would make women's jerseys in brighter, more visible colors.
